Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timelines We ship via USPS Ground Advantage for Standard shipping, USPS Priority for Priority Shipping and we use UPS for 2 day shipping. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard: 5-8 business days
• Priority: 3-5 business days
• 2 Day: 2 business days

Packaging Every decant is carefully wrapped in mesh bags to reduce clanking and then enveloped in our tuff packing paper and secured to prevent leakage during transit. We use small boxes in padded mailers to ensure your fragrances arrive safely.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, TophysTuffDecants is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it’s in the hands of the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact your local post office first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
